On February 4, 2026, under the Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, PIPL and Network Data Security Management Regulations, the TC260 secretariat compiled the "Practice Guide — Network Data Labeling Technical Requirements" to help network data processors raise management levels through labeling technology.
The guide specifies terminology, attribute formats, generation rules, labeling and verification rules, log retention and security protection requirements — helping processors label data, apply graded protection to important data and personal information, and strengthen full-lifecycle traceability.
